The Wine of the Week UNDER $15! - Borsao “Tres Picos” Garnacha
Now here is a treat that is rich and full, silky and seductive, with sweet blackberries and strawberries rounded out by notes of leather and vanilla. Garnacha (Grenache) is one of my favorite varietals, and Bodegas Borsao makes some of the most reliable values in all of Spain. Not that you care about scores, but Tres Picos has been awarded 90 and 91 points from Wine Spectator and the Wine Advocate respectively over the last two years.
