The Wine of the Week UNDER $15 - Tamas Estates Pinot Grigio

With wine prices steadily climbing, Tamas Estates Pinot Grigio is a nice alternative to the higher priced Pinot Grigios coming out of Italy. Located in the Livermore Valley of California, Ivan Tamas Fuezy has been making quality wines based on traditional Italian varietals for over 20 years. This Pinot Grigio is crisp, citrusy and inviting, everything you could ask for out of a wine at this price.

The Wine of the Week UNDER $15 - Clif Bar “The Climber” White

80% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Semillon, 6% Viognier, 2% Chenin Blanc, this wine from the Clif Bar Family Winery is made by Sarah Gott (formerly the winemaker for Joseph Phelps). With a palate laced with juicy passion fruit, citrus and melon flavors, and a crisp finish, it’s hard not to think of pairing this wine with a warm afternoon in a hammock. Enjoy!
